Neptune-P Recall Criteria:

1. I have committed an act(s) that is morally reprehensible in some way. There must be evidence of this.
2. I am given 3 days to respond. I can't be recalled before I have responded. If 3 days passes, I lose my say.
3. In a Twitter poll that reaches a minimum response of 20% of my follower count, over 70% vote to remove me.Upon this successfully occuring, the project will immediately be shut down. All outstanding comm orders will be paid in full, with no result expected. Nothing will be deleted due to the open data rule I have, but icons will be greyed and descriptions updated. I will then scramble all of my passwords and throw them away, permanently disabling Neptune-P.
